3PM behind OBrien Real Estate’s award-winning campaign
As a creative agency, there is nothing we love more than helping our clients achieve their goals. Their success is our success, which is why we were over the moon when at the end of 2018, our innovative campaign for OBrien Real Estate, ‘Real life, real stories. Real Estate Agents’, helped them get recognised in their industry.
In the Real Estate Institute of Victoria’s annual ‘Awards for Excellence’, OBrien was successful in winning two awards at the Gala event. One of these awards was the ‘Communications Award’, which recognises excellence in marketing, advertising and communications. Their key marketing and communications message of the year was the campaign 3PM created for them, ‘Real life, real stories. Real Estate Agents’.
The original campaign featured OBrien’s clients giving unscripted testimonials of their experience, focusing on the human element of real estate. Upon review of the Real Estate industry, we discovered a common trend in marketing communications – which was that every agent was talking about himself or herself. We wanted to flip that conversation. Once the content was created and edited, it was then promoted across video and radio and the social media platforms, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
‘Real life, real stories. Real Estate Agents’, then also helped OBrien become a Finalist for ‘Brand Campaign of the Year’ at Annual REA Excellence Awards 2018 and a Finalist at the REIA Awards.
It is recognition like this that keeps us hustling and grinding for our clients every single day. It’s why we get out of bed.
