Now, our digital marketing agency has made a splash overseas with its first international award at The Drum Agency Business Awards US.
Along with the winner placement of ‘Great Place to Work 2019’, 3 Phase Marketing also took out nominations for ‘Agency Wellbeing’ and ‘Learning and Development’.
The Drum Awards said of the ‘Great Place to Work 2019’ award that it was judged from a combination of criteria based off agency wellbeing, learning and development, diversity and inclusivity, agency culture and recruitment.
Co-founder and Managing Director of 3 Phase Marketing, Sonia remarked that, “The secret to our success is company culture. It’s about finding a balance between obtaining commercial business and providing professional fulfilment for the talent in the business.”
“It’s things like our open-door policy, the learning and development initiatives we facilitate and the pro-bono work we do as an agency that make it – we hope – such a great place to work.”
Other agencies who took home awards included Stein IAS, INVNT, Croud, Kovert Creative, Movement Strategy, BrandPie, DRUM Agency and The Media Image.
