The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Graphic / Digital / Social / UX Designer to join our team of digital marketing professionals based in Australia. 

You will be responsible for creating visually stunning user-friendly designs for Shopify e-commerce websites. You will work closely with clients and project managers to understand their brand identity and requirements, and then translate those into design concepts that enhance the overall shopping experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design and create a variety of visual assets for print, digital, and social media platforms
  • Develop concepts and design solutions that meet project objectives and brand guidelines
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for digital products and user interfaces
  • Understanding of brand guidelines and ability to create designs that align with them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and iterate on designs based on feedback
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies



  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop 
  • Excellent knowledge of Figma web prototyping tool
  • Excellent knowledge of Canva
  • Knowledge of MailChimp and Klaviyo would be an asset
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design skills
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory
  • Excellent communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
