The Role

We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and a keen eye for capturing compelling footage. The Videographer will be responsible for planning, filming, and editing video content that effectively communicates our 3PM brand’s message and also captures the heart and soul of our clients brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Production:
  • Collaborate with the account services team to develop video concepts, ideas that meet our clients objectives. 
  • Conduct research and gather necessary information for video projects.
  • Plan and schedule video shoots, including scouting locations and organizing necessary equipment.
  • Coordinate with talent, crew, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth production.
Production:
  • Operate video cameras, audio equipment, and lighting during video shoots.
  • Direct and guide on-camera talent to achieve the desired performance.
  • Capture high-quality footage, ensuring proper framing, composition, and lighting.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during shoots
  •  
Post-Production:
  • Edit raw footage into polished, engaging video content using video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Add music, sound effects, graphics, and special effects to enhance the final product.
  • Ensure videos are consistent with brand guidelines and meet project objectives.
  • Review and revise videos based on feedback from stakeholders.
Working Conditions:
  • May require working outdoors, on-location, or in various indoor settings.
  • May involve working evenings, weekends, or holidays depending on project requirements.
  • Physical requirements include carrying and setting up video equipment.
