Well, we’re a multi-disciplinary digital agency with a reputation for delivering outstanding results for our clients. We push the Australian economy forwards by helping businesses reach [and surpass] their goals through cleverly crafted digital marketing strategies.


ROLE

We’re seeking an all-star Campaign Manager with killer execution skills and a positive mindset. This role is the ‘glue’ of our business and we’re after someone who can really make things happen.


Are you someone who thrives in a busy environment and is excellent at managing multiple projects at once? At any one time, you might be managing up to 300 campaigns. For that reason, priorities are always chopping and changing, so you’ll have to remain fluid and thrive in an environment where you’re kept on your toes.


Account Managers discuss marketing strategy with the client and finalise the marketing plan, then it’s handed over to the amazing Campaign Manager (you). You’ll put jobs into the system, brief-in the relevant departments, proof work that comes back and then despatch it.


Do you have attention to detail that’d make Sherlock Holmes jealous? This is a process-driven role with strict guidelines to follow – especially when you’re putting costs into the system, proofing work and preparing briefs.


DUTIES

  • Coordinate and develop marketing schedules, timelines and costs for digital and traditional marketing activities
  • Translate briefs from client conversations into briefing documents for the design studio and digital teams
  • Manage the production process and approvals for all marketing materials: Design concepts, eDMs, SMS, social media assets, digital banners, video production, print and radio commercials
  • Liaise regularly with key clients at senior and intermediate levels about campaign updates
  • Provide accurate monthly reports
  • Enter jobs and costs accurately into Accello and media billings into BCC software
  • Maintain and update the internal and external customer database



SKILLS | EXPERIENCE| QUALIFICATIONS

  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Proven ability to perform the role with a minimum 3 years demonstrated experience in marketing and advertising – preferably within an agency environment or similar
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
