The role

Our sales department is experiencing rapid growth and requires a Digital Sales Consultant to join the Brisbane team. You will become an integral part of a new and exciting chapter in 3PM’s journey.

As a Digital Sales Consultant, your key responsibility is to qualify customers and identify if they are a suitable fit for our agency.

Working alongside our exceptional Head of Growth Director you’ll be following our business sales process by contacting inbound leads [either via phone, email, linkedin or pigeon] to identify if these leads qualify to work with our agency.  

You will be the first point of contact for prospects and responsible for feeding quality leads to our wider sales team.

The role is predominately phone based so you’ll be chatting through most of the day following up leads and having meaningful conversations. 

 

Key skills
  • Delightful and clear communication skills 
  • A desire to learn and grow in the digital online marketing space
  • A desire to develop skills in digital marketing and progress your career into an autonomous B2B sales role
  • An eternal optimist you always see the opportunity in everything you do 
  • A passion for the digital world and desire to provide awesome client experiences
  • Previous exposure to customer service and sales 
  • Digital marketing experience is preferred, but not essential as training will be provided.
