MELBOURNE – 27 May 2025 – The Financial Advice Association Australia (FAAA) has taken home Gold in the 2025 Titan Business Awards in the category of Business Website – Associations. The award recognises FAAA’s outstanding achievement in improving access to financial information, advice, and education across Australia.
The award-winning entry, titled “Improving Access to Financial Information, Advice & Education,” celebrates the FAAA’s digital transformation project, delivered in partnership with 3 Phase Marketing (3PM). The initiative was designed to unify two major industry bodies under a single brand and create a streamlined, user-centric website that serves over 10,000 financial advice professionals, consumers, and government bodies.
The revamped website was a strategic response to the FAAA’s merger of two peak industry bodies, addressing the urgent need for a unified, future-ready digital experience. Faced with a complex, 1,000-page legacy site, the core challenge of 3PM was to consolidate content, simplify navigation, and boost engagement, all while significantly enhancing financial literacy for the broader Australian public.
Since its launch in April 2024, the new website, featuring streamlined architecture, tailored user journeys, and a dedicated public-facing resource centre called “Money & Life,” has achieved outstanding results. It’s seen double-digit growth in both engaged sessions and session duration, proving its invaluable contribution to members and everyday Australians.
