Yep, we’re remote-first and proud of it. Our team is global, so you can work from wherever you do your best thinking. For those local to our HQ, we host optional monthly meetups, a chance to connect, collaborate, and share a few laughs in person.
How long does the hiring process take?
It depends on the role, but we aim to move quickly. Most processes take 2–3 weeks from application to offer. We’ll keep you updated at every step. No ghosting here.
Can I apply for more than one role?
Absolutely. If you’re interested in multiple roles that match your skills, go for it. Just tailor each application so we know why you’re a great fit.
How do I know if a job offer is really from 3PM?
We’ll only ever contact you from an official @3phase.com.au email address. If something feels off, feel free to reach out and double-check. We don’t ask for personal info or payment details during the hiring process. Ever.
