Who are they?

Developed by Workplace Culture Expert, Kylie Flynn, Happi Matters is built from the desire to change the way we all think about work. Kylie has spent over 20 years in workplaces and believes that a human-centric approach is the only way for organisations to truly evolve.

What we did

With remote working on the rise in Australia and mental health issues often ignored, Happi Matters had a clear goal: to bring the connection back to workplaces; enhancing productivity, retention and mental wellness in the process. 3 Phase Marketing created a WordPress website that reflected the mission, values and unique brand of Happi Matters. The vibrantly-designed, highly functional site is now a resource hub that promotes workshops, courses and free resources to help employees and employers to build connections, even when they’re not always in the same room.
