The Role

Our client is a leading adult retailer specialising in fun for adults. 

You’ll own their social media strategy end to end – telling their brand story in an authentic way that connects with their customers. 

You will be developing and executing content, channel, and engagement plans that drive audience growth and tie directly to our clients brand goals. 

This role requires you to be hands-on in producing standout content, from filming and editing short- and long-form videos to creating thumb-stopping reels and static posts.

Success will be measured not just by reach and engagement, but by how social impacts brand perception and digital performance.

You’ll work closely with the paid performance team and manager influencer relationships, ensuring that content is being produced in line with brand guidelines and expectations. 

About You (Who You Are)

You have 3-5 years of experience in organic content strategy and social media marketing.

Ideally, you have worked with an e-commerce brand that has utilised UCG and influencer marketing. 

You know the ins and outs of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and stay on top of platform best practices.

You’re a visual storyteller with hands-on skills in video production, photography, and editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Canva).

You’re confident using analytics tools to track performance and optimise content for growth.

You understand how to build and grow communities, and know how to tap into UGC and influencer partnerships.

You can plan strategically, manage calendars, and deliver campaigns that drive measurable impact.

You thrive working cross-functionally, keeping projects moving in a fast-paced environment.

You love creative problem-solving and jump on new trends with curiosity and agility.
