The Role

This role is built for high performers who think strategically and act commercially.

As an Account Manager at 3PM, you are the face of the agency to your clients. You don’t just manage accounts, you lead them. From strategy through to execution, you are responsible for driving outcomes that genuinely move your clients’ businesses forward.

You operate as a trusted advisor, guiding clients with confidence, clarity, and insight. Internally, you bring teams together to deliver work that is on time, on brief, and commercially impactful.

This isn’t a coordination role. It’s ownership.

 

Key Responsibilities

Client Management & Delivery

Client Retention

  • Act as the primary point of contact across your client portfolio

  • Build strong, trusted relationships through consistent and proactive communication

  • Understand client goals and ensure all activity aligns to business outcomes

  • Maintain client retention for your portfolio of clients

Project & Campaign Management

  • Own end-to-end delivery from brief through to execution

  • Ensure all work is delivered on time, on brief, and to a high standard

  • Maintain clear visibility across all active projects and priorities

Communication & Expectation Management

  • Provide regular updates and clear direction to clients

  • Set and manage expectations in line with agency processes

  • Address challenges early and manage conversations with confidence

Internal Collaboration

  • Translate client briefs into clear, actionable tasks for internal teams

  • Work closely with creative, digital, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution

  • Maintain alignment across all stakeholders

Problem Solving

  • Identify risks, gaps, or delays early and take ownership of solutions

  • Adapt quickly to keep projects moving forward

  • Make decisions in the best interest of both the client and the agency

Performance & Reporting

  • Track campaign and project performance against agreed KPIs

  • Provide clear, commercially relevant insights to clients

  • Use data to inform ongoing optimisation and strategy

Budget Management

  • Manage client budgets effectively and responsibly

  • Ensure delivery remains efficient while maintaining quality

Documentation & CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, updates, and progress

  • Ensure all activity is documented in line with agency processes

 

Growth & Commercial Responsibility

Portfolio Growth

  • Own the growth of your client portfolio, with responsibility for retention and revenue expansion

  • Develop and implement strategies that drive measurable business outcomes

Upselling & Cross-Selling

  • Proactively identify and drive opportunities to expand client investment

  • Recommend additional services that deliver clear value

Proposals & Pitching

  • Develop and present clear, commercially focused proposals

  • Support retention and new business opportunities within your portfolio

Relationship Building

  • Strengthen existing relationships through proactive engagement

  • Build new connections through referrals, networking, and industry involvement

 

Performance & Accountability

Success in this role is measured by:

  • Retention and growth of your client portfolio

  • Delivery of work on time and to a high standard

  • Client satisfaction and strength of relationships

  • Ability to identify and drive growth opportunities
