Now we’re looking for a Website Developer who lives and breathes automotive websites, understands the OEM world, and knows exactly what a dealership needs to convert traffic into test drives.

This is not your average dev role. This is a chance to build the future of dealer digital from OEM-compliant rollouts to conversion-focused landing pages to lightning-fast sites for some of Australia’s biggest brands.

What You’ll Own

• Building, maintaining, and optimising websites for automotive OEMs and dealerships.

   

• Developing high-converting landing pages for new model launches, offers, and run-out campaigns.

   

• Implementing integrations with CRM systems, API feeds, inventory systems, finance calculators, and booking tools.

   

• Ensuring OEM brand guidelines, compliance, accessibility, and technical standards are always met.

   

• Managing updates, uploads, and page builds at speed without compromising quality.

   

• Troubleshooting technical issues across hosting, performance, and site architecture.

   

• Working closely with our designers, performance team, and automotive account managers to deliver elite, polished, conversion-ready websites every single time.

   

• Taking our in-house automotive web systems to the next level — templates, components, UX, speed, and automation.

What You Bring to the Table

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in website development.

   

• Strong WordPress experience (bonus points if you’ve worked with WP Engine).

   

• Experience in automotive dealership sites, OEM requirements, or templated dealer networks.

   

• Comfortable working with API feeds, CRM integrations, and inventory data.

   

• A fast, clean, reliable coding style using modern best practices.

   

• A keen eye for UX, speed, and mobile-first design.

   

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment without cracking under pressure.

   

• Strong communication and collaboration skills you’ll be working with multiple teams daily.
