Arlberg House is a well-known ski lodge nestled in the heart of Mt Buller, offering guests convenient, comfortable, and affordable accommodation during Victoria’s ski season. As a long-standing provider in the alpine region, Arlberg House caters to families, school groups, and winter sport enthusiasts looking for easy access to the slopes and a memorable mountain experience.

Battling high commissions

Like many in the hospitality industry, Arlberg House was losing a significant portion of its revenue to third-party booking platforms such as Booking.com and Wotif. With commissions cutting deeply into profits and limited control over the customer journey, the business needed a way to drive direct traffic and boost bookings independently.

This was supported by a targeted Meta ads strategy and the launch of Google Ads campaigns, all designed to capture interest from key demographics and drive high-quality traffic.
