Facing a slump in bookings, website traffic, and takeaway orders after lockdown, TGI Fridays came to us with the goal of reversing this downhill trend.
We developed and implemented strategic Paid Google Search & Paid Facebook campaigns promoting unique selling points of the business, such as seven-day-a-week Happy Hour, signature meals, and holiday-related promotions.
The results of our campaign were worth celebrating - traffic to the company’s website increased 52%, alongside a 33% jump in website conversions and an 81% spike in social ad conversions. We also managed to help the client’s bottom line results, creating a 34% decrease in SEM cost per click and reducing social ad cost per click by 56%.
