Waterman’s social pages were lacking a cohesive content pillar strategy, consisting mostly of photo-only promotional posts. This was not effectively communicating the benefits of coworking spaces to their target audiences, leading to minimal reach and low engagement.
We went on a fact-finding mission and implemented a survey to discover what Waterman’s clients’ favourite features and benefits were. Results from this survey were then worked into a comprehensive social content strategy, which featured a variety of content, including graphics and video.
Leads skyrocketed by 45% in one month, with a 4.4x increase in return on investment for the client’s ad spend. Average reach and engagement increased fivefold for Waterman’s Facebook page, and threefold for their Instagram, giving them over double the engagement rate of their closest competitor.
